Instructions:

Rinse the meat, rub dry and cut into narrow slices, then into narrow strips.

Peel the garlic clove and press it through a press, mix with sherry, soy sauce, spices and meat. Leave to marinate for about 1 hour with the lid on.

In the meantime, rinse the vegetables, rub dry. First cut the spring onions in half lengthwise, then cut into pieces about 3 cm long. Quarter the peppers, remove the white partitions and the seeds, cut the bell pepper pieces into strips. Rinse off the soy germs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan on 3 or automatic heat 9-12, add the drained meat and roast on 2 or automatic heat 5-7, turning for about 4 minutes. Remove from the frying pan and keep warm.

Add the vegetables to the frying pan, pour in the beef broth and cook on the same setting with the lid closed for about 5 min until tender. Stir, thicken with a little cornstarch mixed in water. Season with honey and balsamic vinegar.
