A great pasta dish for any occasion:

1. Rinse the chives, shake dry and chop.

Remove the skin from the onion and chop finely. 2.

In the meantime, heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onion. Pour the whipping cream and cook a little over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Cut the gorgonzola into pieces, add to the saucepan and let it melt, stirring frequently. Cut the salmon into strips and stir into the sauce.
