For the lemon cake pops, you need to start by baking a batter using butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and lemon juice.

Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking pan (approx. 36 x 23 cm) and bake at 160 °C convection oven for approx. 35-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let cool.

Mix the cooled mass with 125 g curd cheese and form balls.

Melt the white chocolate and coat the balls with the white chocolate. Garnish the lemon cake pops with colorful sprinkles and skewer them on wooden sticks.
