Instructions:

Boil potatoes in hot water until done, then rinse with cold water and peel. Either mash with a potato masher to a homogeneous pulp or press through a potato press. Allow the mixture to cool.

Mix cooled potato mass with egg and knead in potato flour.

Form dumplings with moistened hands and steep in simmering salted water for about 10 minutes.
