Instructions:

Remove the butter from the refrigerator in time. While it softens a little, finely grate the Gouda. Then knead together with the butter and form the amount into small balls and roll in pistachios makes 12 pieces.

Paprika balls Cut the cream cheese into small cubes with a wet kitchen knife, shape cubes into balls with your hands and roll in the paprika powder.
