For the nougat apricot dumplings, wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Replace the stone with a piece of nougat.Mix the curd, egg, oil and a pinch of salt. Mix the grated almonds and flour and incorporate into the curd mixture. Moisten your hands with cold water and form 12 nice dumplings from the dough.Place the dumplings in a perforated cooking dish.

Cook in a steamer at 100°C for about 15 minutes universal.

In the meantime, melt the butter and toast the breadcrumbs in it. Roll the finished nougat and apricot dumplings in it, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
