Instructions:

Prepare dough ingredients to a sponge dough, then fill in a cake springform pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 degrees (G:2) for 40 minutes. Cut out 2 times.

For the filling, stir egg yolks, sugar and liquid. Stir in the soaked, dissolved gelatin. When the cream begins to rise, stir in the snow and half of the whipped cream. Fill the to, spread with whipped cream, decorate with dots of cream and orange slices.
