For the raspberry Schilcher popsicle, mix the washed and sorted raspberries with the powdered sugar and mash them a little, so they can form nice juice.

After one hour, strain the raspberry mixture through a sieve and then mix the liquid with the Schilcher and pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Put a wooden stick into each mold. Freeze the raspberry and Schilcher popsicles for at least 3 hours.
