Instructions:

Soak gelatin in cold water for 10 min. Boil water and sugar. Squeeze the gelatin leaves well and add to the sugar broth form. Mix in the sparkling wine very carefully to avoid air bubbles. Arrange the sliced strawberries in champagne bowls and pour the lukewarm liquid over them. Cover and leave to cool for about 4 hours. Serve with ice cream and whipped cream.
