Instructions:

Prick the sloes with a needle and put them in the freezer for one night so that the tart flavor disappears.

While still frozen, place in a jar with the remaining ingredients and shake well. Place on a window near a radiator for 6 weeks. Shake from time to time.

Pour through a coffee filter and bottle.

Store tightly closed and cooled.

Sloe liqueur should be served chilled.
