For the chicken skewers with curry and apple, first make the marinade. Press the ginger root and 1 clove of garlic into the olive oil with a garlic press. Add curry powder, cinnamon and salt.
Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the marinade. Turn a few times, cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut the apple into pieces and put them alternately with the marinated meat on 4 skewers.
Put a peeled garlic clove at the end of each skewer. Place on a washable grill tray and grill.
