Instructions:

For stuffed bread hollow out the halved bun. Then mix curd, tea butter, crème fraîche and spices with a mixer.

Cut sausage, cheese, eggs, gherkins, peppers and onion into small cubes and add them to the curd mixture. Season well. Firmly stuff into the bread halves, then press the bread halves together and wrap in aluminum foil.

Let the bread halves rest in the refrigerator for one night, then slice and serve the next day.
