Homemade baby food – First baby food

For the vegetable rice, wash the rice under cold running water. Cook in a pot of lightly salted water until tender, stirring frequently to prevent the rice from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Wash the bell pepper and remove the stalk, seeds and skin. Then cut into small cubes, heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry the bell pepper cubes in it. Add the corn kernels and peas and fry, adding two tablespoons of water if necessary.

For the vegetable rice, mix the fried vegetables with the rice.
