For the tender wheat risotto, bring plenty of salted water to a boil and cook the tender wheat for 8-10 minutes until tender.

Meanwhile, cut the well-cleaned porcini mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.

Melt some butter in a pan. Add the porcini mushrooms and sauté. Season with salt, pepper and curry. Add sherry and liquid cream and bring to a boil. Remove the pot from the stove.

Strain cooked tender wheat and add. Stir in chopped chervil and fold in whipped cream.

Serve the tender wheat risotto in warmed, deep plates and garnish with chervil leaves before serving.
