Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze firmly. Press the cooked potatoes through a sieve or mash and crush. Put everything in a suitable bowl. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Add the eggs. Meanwhile, add the flour and the potato flour until the dough is dry.

Then knead the dough on the table. Form dumplings and fill with the liver sausage.

Steep the dumplings in boiling hot salted water for 20 minutes.

The bacon sauce is made as follows:

Cut the dried meat into cubes and fry in a frying pan. Add the whipped cream and season with a little salt.
