Instructions:

Rinse the fresh kitchen herbs with paper towel and chop or cut off tiny pieces. Put cooled butter in a container and beat with a hand mixer until creamy. While stirring, add the finely chopped kitchen herbs, pressed garlic cloves, shallots and a little juice of a lemon. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Place freshly prepared herb butter in the refrigerator until firm, and serve chilled through. You can also freeze the butter.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
