Strawberries with Brie Cheese and Pepper

Instructions:

Rinse strawberries, pat dry, clean and halve or quarter each according to size.

Cut the Brie cheese into 1 cm cubes and mix into the strawberries.

Arrange strawberries and cheese on plates. Coarsely crush the black pepper in a mortar and sprinkle over the strawberry and cheese mixture.

At the end drizzle the port wine over it

Rinse fresh strawberries, remove hulls. Divide evenly with the cheese cubes in 4 bowls. Stir currant jelly with port wine and pour over the top. Squeeze orange and drizzle juice over strawberries. Place dessert in refrigerator to marinate for about 1 hour.
