Fry the bacon cubes. Later add the butter. In this delicious fat mixture, fry the onion cubes, the strips of pakrika and the slices of pork tenderloin, then pour them into the watered Roman pot. Add the long grain rice. Pour in the well warmed up cube broth. Close the casserole and cook the dish in the oven for 45 minutes.

Before serving, stir in the ketchup and the grated cheese. Season carefully with salt and paprika.

This dish is not too caloric, but not recommended for strict slimming diets. There are many variations for this Balkan food: First of all, of course, they may season heartily with crushed garlic.

Or: Mix 1 glass of yogurt with chopped parsley, stir into the finished dish and bake briefly from scratch.

Or: Mix 3 eggs with a liqueur glass of hot brandy and a well chopped hot pepper, season lightly with salt and pour over the finished dish. Put it in the open cooking pot for another 10 min.

Our tip: use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
