Instructions:

Rinse the mint, chop. Knead together with minced meat, egg and breadcrumbs. Season with pepper & salt. Form into balls and fry in hot coconut oil (e.g. in a wok) on all sides. Take out.

Clean and rinse bell bell pepper and cut into strips. Peel onion and garlic clove, chop and roast in coconut fat. Add bell bell pepper strips, roast for 3 minutes. Stir in meatballs, add vegetable soup and bring to a boil. Season with pepper & salt and soy sauce.
