Turkey Medallions Wrapped in Bacon on Spring Vegetables and Potato Noodles

Pasta dishes are simply always delicious!

(approx. 45 min) Peel white onion, finely dice and sauté in hot olive oil until translucent*. Add paradeis pulp and sauté briefly. Pour in vegetable soup and simmer gently. Season the turkey medallions with salt and pepper, fry briefly on both sides in hot olive oil.

Brush the bacon slices with mango chutney and wrap the medallions with it. Place in a pan lined with thyme and cook in the oven at 120 °C for eight to ten minutes.

Peel the red onions and cut into wedges. Clean peppers and cut into rings. Clean spring onions and cut diagonally into four pieces. Sauté the vegetables in hot olive oil until translucent*, season with salt and pepper, add lime juice and a little clear soup and steam until al dente.

Sauté the potato noodles in a pan with a little olive oil and season. Rub a little oregano and thyme on top and arrange on an oval plate. Arrange the vegetables as a bed, place medallions on top, drain sauce and pour all around.
