Instructions:

For the dressing, whisk Rama Cremefine with the mineral water, stir in vinegar and mustard.

Peel the garlic and cut into fine pieces, add to the Rama Cremefine with the herbs and season strongly with salt, pepper and sugar.

For the salad, wash the salad ingredients and drain. Pluck the iceberg lettuce and arugula into bite-sized pieces, halve the cucumbers and cut into fine pieces, quarter the tomatoes, cutting out the stem end. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into fine cubes, and cut the spring onion into fine rings.

Mix everything together in a large bowl and fold in the dressing. Serve immediately.
