Instructions:

Boil orange juice with white wine, stir in sago and simmer gently for 15 to 20 min at low temperature with lid closed.

Rinse peaches, dip briefly in boiling water, rinse in cold water, skin, halve, remove stones and dice flesh.

Clean strawberries, rinse, drain, remove stems and cut large fruit in half. Peaches 5 min (canned peaches only after strawberries!), strawberries 2 min before end of cooking time in the sago liquid form.

Season with sugar and cinnamon, cool and refrigerate.

Bring the cold dish to the table well chilled and sprinkled with lemon balm leaves.
