For the cabbage vegetables, wash cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into noodles. Peel potatoes and cut into larger cubes.

In a pot, steam cabbage, potato, salt and caraway seeds in a little water until soft. At the end of the cooking time, add the crushed garlic.

Then puree with a hand blender. Mix flour with a little water and stir into the cabbage. Season the cabbage to taste with pepper.
