A bean recipe for every taste:
Heat oil in a wok or possibly in a wide pan.
Sauté ingredients up to and including pumpkin for five minutes over medium heat. Add long-grain rice, stir-fry until tender and translucent.
Stir in peas and cook gently for ten minutes. Mix cherry tomatoes into paella, then just heat in wok, bring to table.
Goes well with: Fried fish, grilled shrimp or possibly chorizos.
Tip Instead of fresh vegetables, use frozen vegetable mix.
