Rinse the ham. Place on the grill. Peel onions. Cut into rings. Cover ham with them. Place in oven over grease pan. Pour beer over it.

Baking time: 100 to two hours

Electric stove: 200 °C

Gas stove: level 4

Heat light butter in a saucepan. Stir in flour. Allow to brown slightly. Extinguish with water. Loosen roast stock and sieve through. Add to the sauce form. Season with caraway and black pepper. Make 5 min. Bring to the table with the roast.
