For the carrot wholemeal bread, mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Finely grate the carrots and add to the flour mixture with the water. Stir with a wooden spoon until a dough is formed.

Line a baking pan with baking paper and pour in the dough. Bake at 220 degrees convection (do not preheat) for 60 minutes. Remove the wholemeal carrot bread from the pan and let it cool.
