Instructions:

Cut the dried fruit into small pieces, mix with the rum and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

In the meantime, mix the oatmeal with cinnamon. Mash banana with a fork and immediately mix with the oat-cinnamon mixture and lemon juice. Allow mixture to swell as well.

After about 1 hour, mix both masses together, form into balls and place these paper cups.
