Instructions:

Cut liver and bacon into 2 cm long, even pieces.

Peel apple and banana. Cut into even slices. Peel onions. Also cut into slices. Thread all ingredients alternately onto wooden or metal skewers. Sprinkle with plenty of curry. Heat light butter in a frying pan. Fry the skewers on all sides, season with salt and cook for 10 minutes. Or brush the kebabs with oil and grill for 8 minutes. Season with salt later.
