For the pineapple chili, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil until golden brown. Then add the diced turkey meat and fry as well.

Season with salt, pepper, chili powder and garlic and add the diced bell bell pepper. Pour in beef broth and stir in the pineapple chunks, strained tomatoes and tomato paste.

Cover and simmer for about an hour. It goes perfectly with rice or potatoes.
