Instructions:

For the coconut-molasses-banana dessert, take away about 50 ml of the coconut milk and mix it with the pudding powder.

Then boil the remaining coconut milk with the molasses, stir in dissolved custard powder, divide into small glasses (amount is enough for about 6 to 8 glasses).

For the second layer, mix the bananas with the juice of the oranges and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Bring to the boil briefly and let cool slightly, then pour over the custard layer.

For the last layer, mix whipped cream with granulated sugar, ground banana chips and coconut flakes and pipe into the glasses with a piping bag.

Seal and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
