For the chocolate roulade, beat 3 yolks with water, sugar and vanilla sugar until very foamy. Mix in the cocoa. Sift the flour with baking powder and gently fold in. Spread the mixture on a greased baking tray and bake at 210 degrees for 15 minutes. Fill the chocolate roulade with whipped cream, roll it up and cover it with chocolate icing.
