If fresh fruit is not available, frozen fruit can be used.

Sugar, currant jelly, 400 g raspberries as furthermore the currants with half of the currant juice boil and then strain through a fine sieve. Decoct with the remaining currant juice. Mix the cornstarch and add to the mixture that has been brought to the boil again. Let it boil again for 5 minutes. Finally, pour the finished hot red fruit jelly over 250 g strawberries and the remaining 250 g raspberries and leave to cool.

Vanilla sauce: Bring all ingredients to a boil. Add 150 g of condensed, sweetened cow’s milk and bring to a boil again. Add 4 eggs and 20 g of sugar and reduce to a rose (80 degrees Celsius). Dilute the cooled sauce with 200 g of liquid whipped cream.
