Sift the flour into a large enough bowl and make a well in the center of the flour. Let the yeast dissolve in warm milk and pour into the flour well. Cover and let rest for about 15 minutes. Add salt, eggs, sugar and butter cut into pieces, knead everything together to a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 12-15 pieces and rest for another 20 minutes with the lid closed.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees (convection oven 160 degrees), grease the baking tray or line it with parchment paper.

Form pretzels from 10 to 12 pieces and place them on the baking tray. Make 3 indentations with your finger. Form small balls from the rest of the dough and place them in the depressions. Mix egg yolks with condensed milk and brush on pretzels.

Bake on the middle rack for 15 to 20 minutes. Carefully remove from the tray and cool.
