Instructions:

Prepare: Skin Schüblige (Frankfurters do not), cut into wheels, chop half.

Spring cabbage: Sauté onions in warm butter or light butter. Add cabbage, steam openly. Extinguish with soup, season. Cook for about 30 minutes until just tender. Add minced sausages, remove frying pan from heat.

Glaze: Mix all ingredients well.

Layering: Place 2/3 of the Gschwellti on the greased mold base. Spread spring cabbage and glaze evenly over the top. Place the rest of the potatoes and sausage wheels on top.

Bake in the middle of the oven heated to 230 °C for about 20 minutes.

Can be prepared: Layer gratin 3-4 hours in advance. Keep covered in the refrigerator.

Tip: Use savoy cabbage instead of spring cabbage.
