For the warm potato salad, first boil the potatoes for 15-20 minutes, drain and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine KUNER mayonnaise, yogurt, curry powder, lemon zest and juice, and the mango.

Peel and slice the potatoes, add to the bowl and stir well. Season with pepper.

Add the spring onion slices, coriander and mint, stir well and serve the warm potato salad.
