Instructions:

First, heat the oil in a saucepan. Next, cut the onion into rings and add to the saucepan. Wash the okras and cut them into thin slices and add them to the onions. When the okras are sauteed after about 4 min, add coriander powder, salt and a little turmeric. Then mix in the paradeis pulp. This gives the dish a red color.

Then pour in half a cup of coconut milk. The vegetables must simmer gently for about 10 minutes. The okras must not become mushy. Traditionally, Indian curry dishes are served with long-grain rice or Indian bread, e.g. chapati.
