Sauté in olive oil. Roll out the short pastry, cut into three strips, roll in the fried liver strips and bake in the oven for 12 min. Bake at 230 °C. Cut the peeled nashi pears and the drained okra into sticks, fry in butter, season, boil, crush and arrange in a dessert dish with a celery leaf. Bring everything to the table on a flat plate and garnish with the remaining celery leaves.
