A bean recipe for every taste:

Rinse carrots, celery and potatoes, remove peel, cut into small cubes, crisp, cool and drain (make potato separately).

Cut bean into 1 cm long pieces, also crisp, cool and drain. Make peas, cool.

Mix vegetables. Mix mayo and yogurt and mix the lettuce with it. Season heavily with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Note: steam the vegetables in a steamer instead of making them in salt water.
