Instructions:

Peel potatoes and cut into slices. Heat clear soup, pour over potatoes and infuse.

Cut meat into strips, dice onion and cucumber.

For the sauce, stir the ingredients listed, pour over the salad ingredients, mix and season. Leave the salad to cool and infuse.

Season the salad before serving and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
