Instructions:

Heat butter in a wide frying pan, sauté shallot. Add leek, celery and carrots, steam.

Add wine and soup, bring to a boil. Add tarragon, simmer vegetables with lid on for about five minutes until just tender, season.

Dry salmon with kitchen roll, season, place on vegetables, steam with lid closed for ten minutes, turn to the other side after half the cooking time.
