Instructions:

Beat egg whites with sugar (1) until stiff.

Beat egg yolks with sugar (2) until creamy, carefully stir in whipping cream and cognac. Cut nougat and dark chocolate into fairly small cubes, mix and add. Gently stir in egg whites and pour into a mold lined with plastic wrap and freeze.

Serve on a cold chocolate sauce.

Tip: Do you prefer milk chocolate or dark chocolate? Depending on the case, use what tastes better to you.
