Mix all ingredients and knead into a soft dough.

Roll out not too thin and prick with a fork.

Cut out cookies and bake at 200 °C until light brown.

Spread with butter, cheese or jam.

The oat cookies taste excellent if a tiny bit of grated cheese is added to the recipe.
