*****- Preparation -***** Remove the peel from the carrots, rinse and clean the white cabbage. Cut both into very fine strips. Clean the lettuce, rinse it, shake it dry and arrange it on the edge of a large platter. Spread the carrots and white cabbage evenly on the plate.

Cut the pork and the chicken breast into strips about 3cm long and 1cm wide and roast them separately in 1 tbsp oil over medium heat for about 2 min each.

Peel and clean the crab tails, then roast them in the remaining oil for 1-2 min. Cool down a bit. Arrange the “three friends” side by side in strips on the free space of the salad plate.

Stir the curry paste and sugar well with a little water and let it bubble up once. Remove from the heat and add the juice of one lemon and the cashew nuts. Season the sauce perhaps sweet and sour, pour a little cooled over the meat and crab tails.
