Separate the egg yolks from the egg whites. Whip the egg whites to egg whites.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and then stir in the orange liqueur and the egg yolks. Cool slightly and gently fold in the snow. Allow to cool.

For white mousse, gelatine must also be stirred in.
