Instructions:

For the tomato lasagna, chop the onion and garlic clove and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Add the minced meat and brown.

Stir in the tomato pieces and tomato paste and cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a pot and sweat flour in it.

Deglaze with milk and soup and simmer gently. Add half of the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.

In a baking dish, alternate layers of sauce, lasagna sheets and the mince. Finish with the sauce. Slice the tomatoes and place on top.

Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan and bake at 180 °C (convection oven) for about 40 minutes.
