Instructions:

Prepare a shortcrust pastry, spread it on a greased pie dish (Y 28 cm) and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Put the pan in the gas oven and pre-bake. Peel apples and bananas, cut into slices. Marinate with juice of one lemon and Calvados and spread evenly on the pastry base. Cream butter, eggs and sugar. Add the marzipan in small pieces and finally fold in the Calvados. Spread the glaze over the fruit and finish the cake in the oven. (8 -10 pieces) Preparation time: – 30 min. Baking: level 3 (200 °C)

Time needed : Pre-bake: about 10 min. Finish baking: about 25 min.
