Instructions:

For the Salade Nicoise, hard boil the eggs, peel and quarter them. Wash the green beans, boil them in hot water for about 10 minutes, then cut them in half lengthwise. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, chop the peeled onion into rings, chop the tuna.

Wash the lettuce and shred the leaves a little.

For the dressing, mix olive oil, water and vinegar and add all herbs and spices. Peel garlic, chop finely and add.

Divide all ingredients decoratively on four plates and drizzle with the dressing.

Serve with wholemeal baguette with Salade Nicoise.
