Try this delicious pasta dish:

Grate Parmesan cheese.

Spinach and kitchen herbs rinse well, spin dry, chop coarsely.

Boil the clear soup, together with spinach, herbs and cheese in a hand blender form and finely grind. Stir in olive oil and season strongly with salt and freshly ground pepper.
