Instructions:

Make the potatoes in their skins, peel, cool and cut into slices. Mix with pepper, thyme, salt, sage, garlic, oregano and cheese. Fill into a buttered gratin dish and pour the whipped cream/milk mixture over it. Put butter flakes on top.

Preheat oven to 200 C and bake the casserole for 30 minutes.

Serve with a mixed leaf salad.

Our tip: It is best to use fresh herbs for a particularly good flavor!
