Instructions:

For the soup with baked bread slices, clean, wash and cut the carrots into strips.

Fry in oil, add water and maggi herb and simmer the soup. Carrots should remain firm to the bite. Season to taste with soup seasoning.

Beat eggs with milk. Slice buns, dip in egg-milk mixture and bake in hot oil.

Serve the soup with baked bread slices as a garnish.
